We are a team of AHPRA-registered GPs who specialise in diagnosing and treating low testosterone in Australian men via secure telehealth.
Proper blood work. Clinical assessment. Ongoing monitoring. No subscriptions, no lock-in contracts.

Low testosterone affects an estimated 1 in 200 Australian men. Common symptoms include:
Complete a short health questionnaire about your symptoms and medical history. Takes about 2 minutes.
A team member calls to answer your questions, discuss blood work requirements, and book your GP consultation.
15-minute video consult with an AHPRA-registered GP. Blood work review, clinical assessment, and treatment plan.
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment for men with diagnosed low testosterone — a condition known as hypogonadism. It is not a supplement, a steroid cycle, or a lifestyle choice. TRT is a clinical treatment prescribed by a GP after proper blood work and assessment.
Diagnosis requires at least two fasting morning blood tests confirming low total testosterone. Your GP will also order:
If blood work confirms clinically low testosterone and symptoms are present, your GP may prescribe:
For men concerned about fertility, alternatives such as enclomiphene — which restores natural testosterone production without suppressing sperm — may be appropriate.
Most men notice improvements in energy and mood within 2–4 weeks. Libido typically improves within the first month. Muscle mass and strength take 3–6 months. Full benefits are generally seen by 6–12 months with consistent treatment and monitoring.
TRT requires regular blood tests — every 8–12 weeks initially, then every 6 months — to monitor testosterone levels, haematocrit, PSA, and liver function. Your GP adjusts your dose based on these results.

Read article →Testosterone therapy in Australia is broken. On one side, you've got subscription platforms charging $300–$600 a month for medication you could fill at Chemist Warehouse for a fraction of the price. On the other, most GPs don't have the time or confidence to properly assess and manage TRT.
We built TRT GP to bridge that gap. As part of the Telehealth Australia Group, we connect Australian men with AHPRA-registered General Practitioners who understand hormonal health — via secure video consultation, from anywhere in the country.
Our approach is clinical, not commercial. We require proper blood work. We don't prescribe without diagnosis. And we don't profit from your medication — you fill your own script at any pharmacy at standard PBS or private prices.
We understand that hormonal health is deeply personal. Every part of our service is designed with privacy in mind.
All video consultations are conducted over encrypted, secure channels. Your conversation stays between you and your GP.
All personal and health information handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
